I am a "returning" amateur cyclist who is shaping his mid-life crisis on the whim of one day "beating the hour" (again) (did that, tick!). Yet somehow blanking out the pain that lactic acid generates and the scorn that those "extra few miles" can also produce. I ride time trials for
Team Salesengine and I am an active member of the
Hitchin Nomads CC.

I am a qualified British Cycling Level 2 Coach. I am
39 42 43 years old and live in North Hertfordshire in the UK. By day I work with technology but often get side-tracked by shiny things. I have two children,
two one back to two cats, several bikes and a long suffering wife.
